Mike's story started when he was not even a teenager. Mike and his brother slept in the same room, one night Mike's brother woke him up and told him that there was someone standing in the hallway. Mike looked at the T.V. to see down the hallway through the reflection and came to find out his brother was right, there was someone standing in the hallway. The figure started walking down towards the bedroom, but very slowly. Mike blacked out, when he woke up he saw the black robed figure glide into his Grandmother's bedroom, Mike Blacked out once more. When Mike can to there were E.M.T's in the house taking away his Grandmother.

 

Mike is convinced to this day that what he saw was Death walking down the hallway of his childhood home.

 

When Mike turned 13 he started to get more interested in the paranormal, he went to the local CVS to pick up a voice recorder. He placed the voice recorder next to the chair where his grandmother always sat. He didn't ask any questions, he just placed it down and walked away. Mike came back and played the recording back. He was shocked when he heard his grandmother voice saying "Mikey I love you." After that Mike Started the paranormal group called The Darkside. 

 

Tammie was always interested in the paranormal but never really looked into it or investigated it. Then she met Mike and joined in his group and started investigating. When she got married and pregnant she kind of lost interest in the paranormal and investigating and started to focus on being a mother and wife. As time went on she developed a crippling death anxiety that led her back to investigating again. She is looking for proof that the afterlife does exist and that there is life after death.
